Meridian 2022 is a free-with-registration conference. However, please note that travel, accommodation and any other costs associated with your attendance will be at your own expense. Once you register, you will receive a few hotel options at a preferred rate. Availability is limited so check them out before October 9th, 2022 and book your room before it sells out!

Please make sure you’re following the proper local authority guidelines and requirements to enter Italy.

When you check-in at the event, we’ll ask attendees to indicate their level of comfort engaging with fellow Meridian attendees. We’ll distribute color-coded stickers for each attendee to identify their preferences:
Green: still practicing frequent hand washing: hand-shakes ok
Yellow: still being cautious: elbow-bump only 
Red: still social distancing: no contact please

Face masks will also be available at the SDF Info Booth on Level 1.

Q: What is the format of Meridian 2022, when and where does it take place?
A: Meridian 2022 is an in-person conference, open to participants globally, starting October 11th-13th, 2022 at the Palazzo Brancaccio in Rome, Italy.

Q: Is it a 100% in-person conference?
A: Yes, Meridian 2022 is a 100% in-person event.

Q: How much does it cost to attend Meridian 2022? 
A: Meridian 2022 is a free-with-registration conference.  

Q: Who can attend Meridian 2022?
A: Meridian 2022 is open to everyone 18 years of age and older.

Q: How can I register?
A: All you need to do is visit the Meridian website, click ‘Register Now”,  fill out and submit the registration form. You’ll receive a registration confirmation email with event details. 

Q: How can I modify/cancel my registration?
A: Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with event details and a confirmation number. You can login using your confirmation number to modify/cancel your registration. 

Q: How many sessions are covered?
A: Meridian 2022 has over 40 sessions including: keynotes, panels, fireside chats, debates, networking opportunities, interactive sessions and much more!

Q: How can I share feedback?
A: Your feedback is important to us and you’ll have the opportunity to share yours. We will share a Meridian 2022 survey with all attendees post conference. We look forward to hearing about your Meridian 2022 experience. 

Q: What are the COVID-19 related measures?
A: During the registration process, we ask all registrants to i) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19* at the time of the event, (ii) have received a negative PCR or antigen test for COVID-19 conducted no earlier than 24 hours before your arrival to the event, (iii) attend the event at their own risk and SDF cannot and does not guarantee that the event participants or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. And (iv) SDF will not be liable or responsible if you or any others in attendance become infected with COVID-19 as a result of attending the event. We will have antigen kits available for pick up at the venue.
*SDF aligns with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines regarding COVID-19 vaccination and requests all attendees to be up to date with their COVID-19 primary series vaccines to be considered fully vaccinated. Attendees must be able to provide a proof of COVID-19 vaccination if requested.
