Meridian 2026 is a two-day in-person conference taking place October 28–29, 2026 at Convento do Beato in Lisbon, Portugal. The event features keynotes, fireside chats, technical sessions, workshops, ecosystem showcases, and curated networking experiences.
Outside of regular programming, your Meridian badge includes access to the following events:
- Stellar Lounge Networking on Tuesday, October 27, 2026: a time for attendees to stop by the Meridian venue, Convento do Beato, for a preview, networking, and badge pick-up before the sessions begin on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Badge pick-up hours will be shared soon.
- Saúde Drinks & Bites on Wednesday, October 28, 2026: we’ll celebrate the first day of Meridian by ending it with light bites and refreshments at Convento do Beato.
- Last Night in Lisbon: we’ll close Meridian 2026 with an evening celebration. More details to come.
Meridian is open to anyone building on, investing in, interested in, or working alongside the Stellar ecosystem, including developers, founders, fintech professionals, institutional leaders, policymakers, and regulators.
Yes. Meridian 2026 is a fully in-person event. Select session recordings will be made available on the website following the conference.
The full agenda and speaker lineup will be available at meridian.stellar.org as the event approaches. Speaker announcements will roll out starting in July 2026. You can find past speakers on meridian.stellar.org/speakers.
Register at meridian.stellar.org/registration. Early Bird tickets are available through August 14, 2026. Registration closes October 9, 2026, or when sold out.
No, tickets cannot be purchased on-site. Registration closes October 9, 2026. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance, as Meridian sells out each year.

Yes! HackMeridian is the annual Meridian hackathon which will take place on October 25–26, 2026 ahead of the main Meridian conference. It's open to developers of all experience levels building on Stellar. More information is coming soon!
Depending on your nationality, you may need an European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) travel authorization or a Schengen visa to enter Portugal.
ETIAS is expected to start in the last quarter of 2026 for visa-exempt travellers (such as citizens of the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, etc.) entering Portugal and other participating European countries. Check the official ETIAS site and applicable visa requirements before booking travel.
If you are not eligible for visa-free travel, you may need to apply for a Schengen Visa. Use the official visa checker or your local Portuguese consulate’s guidance to confirm your travel requirements for Portugal.
Convento do Beato is in the Marvila neighborhood of Lisbon. It is approximately 15 minutes by car from Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). Additional travel, hotel, and transportation details will be available soon.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a Meridian 2026 ticket and are no longer able to attend, please reach out to [email protected] to request that the ticket be transferred to another eligible attendee.

Yes. Meridian 2026 may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By registering for or attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photos, videos, or recordings, and that the event organizer may use those materials for event documentation, marketing, communications, and archival purposes, in any media, without compensation.
