Gabriel leads International Policy at SDF. Gabriel has 17 years of working experience on financial regulation and policy. Prior to joining SDF, Gabriel collaborated with financial inclusion and fintech initiatives with the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank Group. Prior to that, he led the financial inclusion policy agenda at the Ministry of Treasury of Argentina, particularly on digital payments infrastructure, digital identity, MSME finance, data protection, financial education, and access to the formal financial system. He designed and implemented the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, and worked to develop the local fintech ecosystem.
