Emily Barnes is the Senior Advisor for Cash and Emergencies with the International Rescue Committee, an international humanitarian relief agency working in over 40 countries across the globe. Emily has eight years of experience working in some of the worlds most complex humanitarian crises. Her expertise is in providing cash assistance to people affected by conflict and other emergencies, to help them meet their basic needs and recover from shocks and stressors.
