Join us at our very first Stellar doc sprint at Meridian 2021! A virtual 2-day open-source guided collaboration event.
As part of SDF’s annual conference, we are weaving in two days of guided collaboration to allow the global community of Stellar developers and docs enthusiasts to come together to learn, write, and improve Stellar’s open-source, self-serve resources.
New to blockchain? This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience, learn more about Stellar, and collaborate with like-minded docs writers. Interested in improving Stellar onboarding? Help us find gaps, work through user flows, and polish copy. Love editing and helping a team cross the finish line? We need reviewers to read and edit submissions before they are turned into pull requests.
Every participant with a valid registration will receive our StellarDev NFT badge (our first!) as a thank you for joining. Every verified contributor and reviewer who works on an approved pull request will be eligible to receive a small lumen reward* as a thanks for your time and effort.
* Any verified contributor or reviewer who works on an approved pull request will be eligible to receive an XLM reward. THE REWARD OF XLM TO A CONTRIBUTOR IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF THE IDENTITY AND ELIGIBILITY OF THE CONTRIBUTOR. To claim a reward, you must submit a tax form and go through an identification and verification (“KYC”) check prior to receiving any XLM. Contributors that do not submit a tax form, or do not pass our KYC checks, will not receive any reward. You should inform yourself as to the legal requirements applicable in respect of the acquisition, holding, and disposition of XLM, and as to the income and other tax consequences of such actions. XLM is a highly risky and volatile asset, and that SDF does not provide any representations, warranties, or guarantees of its value. The final decision to designate the eligibility of a contributor shall be made by SDF, in its sole discretion. You may not be a resident or citizen of Cuba, Iran, North Korean, Syria, Crimea, or any other country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC). Residents of the aforementioned countries may still participate with the understanding that they will not be eligible to receive any XLM reward.
